Today’s topic is: How to get happier in 5 minutes or less How are you feeling these days? Its the start of a new year but things don’t feel quite as new as they did. And maybe you’re just feeling tired. You’re tired from work, your tired from the babies and the partners and the traffic and the bills. You want to permanently be on vacation but that’s not a realistic dream so you don’t even let yourself go there. But you can feel it in your bones. You just want to be happy. Just a moment of happiness. Something to break up the monotony of your life. But even that feels like asking too much.   Today, I’m gonna tell you the secret to happiness. And you can use it in 5 minutes or less…. and my favorite thing, 3 things I’m grateful for. Get to know me a little bit better as you intentionally choose yourself first. Three Things I’m grateful for: 1) I’m grateful for Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy. I’ve tried launching courses in the past with almost no success and I feel so confident about whats coming out of the gate that I can’t wait to share it with you 2) I’m grateful for Audiobooks – right now relistening to Harry Potter. I’m currently on Order of the pheonix and this one just kills me. Well, not me. someone else. I can’t handle it. But I love that I can listen to them whenever I want.

3) I’m grateful for my amazing and delicious single origin fair trade organic coffee from morning vigor coffee. I had no idea how boring regular coffee was until I had the beans from Bolivia. And I have to say beans because it’s not a blend. They all come from the same parts of the region so it’s not several different… origins. It’s just the one. Morning Vigor Coffee has completely ruined me for all the other coffee. And its the kind of coffee you don’t want to muddle up with flavors. So its really good black, or with just a little cream. Amazing.
