Hey all, after Monday’s episode with Cameron Gray I felt like I needed to include an additional BS fest with an actual practice of easing anxiety attacks because I want to make sure anyone who is listening is supported in the process of experiencing their own panic and anxiety… if you are.

1 thing you can taste
This helps bring you into the present. You don’t have to use it during times of anxiety attacks – you can use it anytime you need to pull yourself back into the moment. It’s really powerful and simple. Even if you miss a few of the steps or put them in the wrong order, realigning yourself with the present moment and reality can help you ease back into a mindful state of being.
